The mixed age grouping in
this program fosters natural, family-style learning as each child participates
at his or her own level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, watching
and exploring musical instruments. The class provides a variety of adult-child
activities that are fun and offer new ways to play musically at home. Parent
participation is required.
$65 plus $35 materials fee per family - 45 min/week
for 5 weeks
Olenka School’s Crazy Keyboard Fingers 3-5yrs,
6-9yrs
Have fun in this introductory music class
that enhances the neuromuscular “feel” for music through energetic keyboard
playing, reading and writing music, ear training, rhythm games and DoReMi
(solfege) singing. Parent participation is warmly encouraged.
3-5yrs $98 plus $15 materials fee
– 45 min/week for 5 weeks
6-9yrs $126 plus $20 materials fee
– 55 min/week for 5 weeks
In
addition to the classes listed above, OSM is excited to offer all new stimulating
half-day, full-day, and shorter one-week camps as well as private instrumental
and vocal lessons. Summer is a great time to try something new.
OSM has a large variety of summer programs
for ages three to thirteen years that present music in a fresh, exciting,
new light. We have added and enhanced dance, science, art, and technology
variables to capture the interest of most pre-school to middle school musicians! Please
