MAKE-UP CLASS PROCEDURE

►Contact OSM office directly at 410-309-0770 or OSMdirector@comcast.net to advise if you

will be absent so that your place may be used as a make-up slot for another student.

►All regular OSM students may take 2 make-ups per 10-week semester or 4 make-ups per

20-week semester as space permits. All make-ups must be taken in the semester the

classes were missed.

►HCRP students may take 1 make-up class per 4 or 6-week mini semester.

►Please use this schedule to select several options for make-up classes that you can

propose when signing up for a make-up class.

►All make-ups must be scheduled directly through the main office at 410-309-0770 to ensure

that our maximum class size is not exceeded and so the teacher can be notified.
