Parties at OSM include: 1 Hour of customized Music Activities and Games directed by an OSM certified music instructor (includes use of different instruments, hula hoops, parachute, balls & other fun props!) 30 min. use of Party Room at the OSM on-site locations in Columbia and Ellicott City Goodie Bags for 12 guests (including birthday child) Special Birthday Child surprise Printed directions to party location Three convenient locations *On-Site: Berger Road - Columbia and Ellicott City Studios • $200. for OSM Studio party room rental ($30. for each additional 30 minutes, $5.00 per additional child over the 12 included) Off-Site*: Claret Hall, River Hill Village Center, Clarksville • Claret Hall, River Hill Village Center, Clarksville. $130. for 12 children ($5.00 additional child over the 12 included) payable to OSM plus Claret Hall room rental fee payable to River Hill Association. All Claret Hall rentals are to be made directly between birthday family and Claret Hall office at 410-531-1749. OSM will direct the games. OSM will direct all music activities and games. A 50% deposit is required with completed reservation form & the balance is due within 1 week of the party date. There is a $35 cancellation fee.
